Bikram Yoga in a 105 Degree Room

Welcome back!
Yes, you read it right. Bikram Yoga is a series of poses conducted in a 105 degree room. Don’t forget to bring your beach towel and a big bottle of water for this 90 minute class!
Doing yoga in a heated has many benefits. Your opened pores release toxins, you’ll be more likely to prevent muscle injury, and the muscles will stretch more deeply. You’ll burn more calories because your heart rate is increased.
Check out this Yoga Training Center. They provide online resources to help you in your pursuit of learning and excelling in yoga. They have information for beginners or advanced yogis.
Tip 1: Don’t eat for at least 2 hours before class. Doing yoga in a hot room on a full stomach won’t be a good time.
Tip 2: Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Tip 3: Wear very little clothing. You’ll tend to sweat a lot so there’s no need to wear thick clothing. Expert students sometimes wear sweats because they’re accustomed to the temperature. It isn’t recommended for a beginner.
