You’ll be guaranteed to lose weight with yoga fusion because I use poses and sequences that will give you a cardiovascular workout with strength training. Even if you’re a beginner this workout is perfect for you. The exercises have modifications and as your body begins to open up and become stronger and more flexible you’ll be able to do more.

I’ve heard a few misconceptions about yoga. Yoga Fusion goes beyond just stretching. With my practice, you’ll develop strength, balance, and even peacefulness! Yoga isn’t difficult nor is it boring. Each day brings about a different challenge. Some days you may have more balance or a deeper stretch than other days. It’s okay! Yoga is about listening to your body, meeting the challenges, and overcoming!

Yoga Fusion is a full body workout and also balances the mind and emotions. It can make the practitioner more in tuned with his or her body. By combining yoga, pilates, and meditation, you can enjoy a wide range of exercises that target different areas. Here are a few benefits:

Guided Meditation

At the end of the session it’s tradition to end in Savasana (corpse pose). This is the restorative phase and it’s important for your body to absorb its workout.

When I do private session, I guide the clients through a guided meditation. At times clients are worried they won’t be able to do the meditation. Because I guide them through a visual journey they’re able to complete the journey and feel the effects. Each journey meditation has a specific goal catered to my clients’ needs.

With each session we can focus on a different area you want to work on which can include emotional or physical changes. We can work on opening the heart, grounding, or bringing out the creative energy. Yoga Fusion will bring you results. What is the role of the Goddess Hostess?

• Provide a comfortable area free of distractions for the Goddess Workshop to take place, drinks and perhaps light snacks.
• Once you book the date, I’ll provide you with invitations you can provide your guests.
• Give your guests enough time to plan for your party!
• A deposit of $20 is requested to book your day. You’ll have the deposit returned the day of your party.
• The fee for each guest is $20. Please collect the fees from your guests prior to the event. Contact me for the email address to paypal where you may turn in the collection.

If you must cancel give 24 hour notice. The deposit won’t be returned in case of a cancellation.

Muscle Testing

Many of us have deeply ingrained beliefs we’re unaware of. In many instances these beliefs are developed from childhood experiences into adulthood. Muscle testing allows you to discover what beliefs you carry in your subconscious mind.

How Muscle Testing Works

When you say something that is untrue based on what your subconscious mind believes, your muscles weaken. When you say something that resonates with the subconscious mind, your muscles remain strong.

You can muscle test by holding your thumb and forefinger in a circle with one hand, and using the second hand to break through the ring. Find the proper strength to hold the fingers in a circle by testing with questions you know the answer to. Start by asking, “My name is (your name).” Then test again, but this time saying another name. Your fingers should break when you give the wrong name and remain closed when you say your correct name.

What Can You Expect?

You’ll see your life take a turn for the better. With theta healing, you’ll experience instant changes in your subconscious mind. Many times you don’t know you have these beliefs until you start seeing dramatic changes in your life.

Reiki therapy is energy healing and is used for balancing the body and relaxation. The various positions in a session focus on the seven major chakras, but the Reiki energy flows where it is needed. Also, even if you live in another country, I can still give you a session because reiki can be sent absently.

How Does It Work?

I becomes a conduit of the universal energy. Reiki flows through my crown chakra, down my heart, through my arms, and finally out of my hands. I place my hands over your chakras or wherever I feel you need attention.

What Does It Feel Like?

Experiences are unique, but some of the most common include: warmth, tingling, or a feeling of energy flowing through the body. Some may not feel anything at all, but be completely relaxed. I had a client see brilliant colors while I was working over her third eye.

Is It Harmful?

No. Your body knows what it needs and how much. I can’t send too much energy and short circuit your body. I’m merely a conduit and your body is absorbing what it needs and sending it where it needs to go.
