Yoga fusion not only uses traditional yoga poses, but I fuse pilates to add variation and a full range of exercises to give you a complete and wonderful experience!
Yoga for Weight Loss
You’ll be guaranteed to lose weight with yoga fusion because I use poses and sequences that will give you a cardiovascular workout with strength training. Even if you’re a beginner this workout is perfect for you. The exercises have modifications and as your body begins to open up and become stronger and more flexible you’ll be able to do more.

I’ve heard a few misconceptions about yoga. Yoga Fusion goes beyond just stretching. With my practice, you’ll develop strength, balance, and even peacefulness! Yoga isn’t difficult nor is it boring. Each day brings about a different challenge. Some days you may have more balance or a deeper stretch than other days. It’s okay! Yoga is about listening to your body, meeting the challenges, and overcoming!
Benefits of Yoga Fusion
Yoga Fusion is a full body workout and also balances the mind and emotions. It can make the practitioner more in tuned with his or her body. By combining yoga, pilates, and meditation, you can enjoy a wide range of exercises that target different areas. Here are a few benefits:

Guided Meditation
At the end of the session it’s tradition to end in Savasana (corpse pose). This is the restorative phase and it’s important for your body to absorb its workout.
When I do private session, I guide the clients through a guided meditation. At times clients are worried they won’t be able to do the meditation. Because I guide them through a visual journey they’re able to complete the journey and feel the effects. Each journey meditation has a specific goal catered to my clients’ needs.
Private Yoga Fusion Sessions
With each session we can focus on a different area you want to work on which can include emotional or physical changes. We can work on opening the heart, grounding, or bringing out the creative energy. Yoga Fusion will bring you results. Even if you’ve never tried yoga, pilates, or mediation, you’ll find many benefits!
Yoga Fee
1 hour is $40
1-1/2 hour is $55
Fees may change depending on distance traveled
Areas I can travel include: Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Riverside, (and other areas in the Inland Empire) Orange County, and Los Angeles County
