Past Life Regression

Past life regression is a means of looking into our past lives under a hypnotic state. The concept of reincarnation is an ancient idea which is very influential in many religions including: Hinduism, Buddhism, New Age religions, and some branches of Christianity.
In many cases a person discovers that his past life is directly impacting his present life. For example, a friend of mine struggled with eating disorders most of her life. During a regression session, she discovered she was imprisoned and starved.
Why Does My Past Life Affect My Present?
Many believers of reincarnation accept the notion that we repeat our mistakes until we learn. Struggles from our past life will enter our present if they weren’t dealt with properly.
How Do I Know If I’m Repeating A Mistake?
If areas of your life are especially challenging, they may have a correlation to your past life. Take my friend for example who struggled with eating disorders. If you have difficulty getting along with a certain person who plays a big role in your life, it could indicate that you had a relationship with him or her in the past. Also, strong emotional ties to a particular person may mean you had a previous tie with him or her.
Am I Doomed to Continue Repeating My Mistakes?
No. You have free will and are always able to make a change in your life. If you discover you’re repeating situations, make that change today. In fact, you don’t need a regression session to change patterns. Become self-aware and make a conscious effort to improve on the things you could be doing better.
How Do I Look Into My Past Life?
