Psychic Ability

Everyone has some form of psychic ability. Being psychic refers to the ability to sense and know things through extra sensory perception. Some use clairvoyance which means to “see clearly.” A telepathic person is able to transfer thoughts to and from another person. Others are able to feel emotion or pain from others. This is called clairsentience.
Practice your psychic abilities
When the phone rings, try to guess who’s on the other end. You may already do this from time to time. See, you’re already psychic!
Play a game with a friend. Have him think of an animal, color, or number and try to telepathically gather what the image is. Close your eyes and focus on your mind’s eye. What images, feelings, or thoughts are you receiving? Don’t get discouraged if you get it wrong. Keep trying, you’ll get it soon enough!
Pay attention to the energies of those around you. Become more open to the non-physical environment. Does someone feel upset, scared or anxious? Stay grounded so that you don’t accept their emotions as your own. To ground yourself imagine a cord connecting you to the center of the earth.
Borrow a piece of jewelry from a friend. Hold it in your hand and tell her what images, feelings, or thoughts come to your mind. You may see an older lady and find out her grandma gave her that ring!
