Many people are unfamiliar with the feeling of having an open heart. Try this meditation to understand and experience that feeling:

Compassion Meditation
See the world through your heart by pretending you’re missing your head! It’s a very effective meditation. I do it as a quiet meditation as I sit in my room, or I do it while I’m out of the house and around others. I find it very useful when I’m stuck in freeway traffic and I’m becoming irritated.

Bring your focus to your heart chakra and close off the mental activity. Sit here for a while or gaze around. Even if you’re only able to do this for a few seconds, it’s calming and immediately reminds you of the Oneness you have with the Universe.

As I sit in traffic while I do this meditation, I’m reminded that we’re all trying to get to our destinations to do whatever we need to do. We’re all the same. I immediately calm down, crank up the music and sing while I drive! (Or should I say, slowly crawl inch by inch.)

The Miracle of Love and Harmonious Living

Harmonious living occurs when your heart chakra is open and accepting. I spent time with The Barefoot Doctor who presents the ancient Tao in a universally comprehensible and fun way. He explained how the miracle of love is key for bringing into your life the people and things you want. In fact, whatever you desire comes to you through other people. You must be open, accepting, and loving to live in harmony with the Universe. You’ll always get what you want, but it’ll come to you through other people. When you live in love, your life becomes a puzzle of perfectly placed pieces.

I was looking to get a video interview with an acupuncturist. All I needed was a person willing to be my model as the practitioner demonstrates the therapy. I called a friend to see if she was available. She suggested I speak to her friend who wasn’t having luck with a Western doctor and recently began considering acupuncture. They had just spoken the day before. Her friend agreed to be my model and the very next day my call was returned from the acupuncture clinic and I booked the interview. Everything flowed perfectly for us!

What The Miracle of Love Can Do

Water
Dr. Masaru Emoto has evidence that suggests that our thoughts and words affect the molecules of water. He and his colleagues typed several words on various pieces of paper and taped it to different glass bottles containing water. He photographed the frozen molecules and saw a change in shape and form depending on the word placed on the bottle. The words Love and Appreciation create a change in the molecular structure as compared to the words You make me sick. I will kill you. He also tested different types of music and names of deceased people including Hitler and Mother Theresa. The molecules of positive influence look much nicer than the ones given negative attention.

This is astounding since our bodies are comprised of 70% water. Our loving thoughts are just as influential as the negative thoughts so start thinking love! It’s also a good idea to send thoughts into the water you drink. Hold the glass of water in your hands and generate feelings of love, prosperity, good health, wealth, etc. Also, write down the words on your water bottles.

Plants and Animals
The energy field of plants change according to its surroundings. The energy field is higher when humans approach them with kindness. The field lowers when approached with anger. They sense vibrations similarly to our pets! I was at a friend’s house and she and her boyfriend began to argue. The dog who was sitting comfortably on the couch snuck away and left the room. Even animals like to be in a peaceful environment!

Babies
Scientific evidence shows that babies who are loved develop emotionally and biologically healthier than those who are neglected. Not only will the baby develop better, but the child’s capacity to love in his or her life is directly correlated to how much love the baby is given.

Self Love
People with self love are generally happier, more accepting of themselves, and flourish. By comparison those who don’t love themselves have a more difficult time in life.

It’s perfectly natural to want to live comfortably and we are meant to live healthy and abundant lives. In actuality, the universe has enough wealth to go around for everyone. The key is not to become attached to the outcome or objects. Life occurs in cycles and things come and go. The objects and relationships you nurture today may be gone tomorrow. Our bodies will eventually cease to exist in the form they’re currently in. Resolve to live in happiness while you’re here.

The Crystal Palace

According to the Tao, The Crystal Palace is the area of the brain that includes the pineal, hypothalamus, thalamus, and pituitary glands. Centering your mind here can bring you to enlightenment.

Move your head forward and back slightly and feel for the sensation in the center of the brain. Also, press your fingers on the base of the head. As you practice feeling this area, you’ll naturally begin seeing the world through the center of the brain.

Getting What You Want

To begin manifesting abundance, visualize what you want from The Crystal Palace. Close your eyes, think about what you want, and hold that image in the center of the brain. See yourself joyous and fulfilled for achieving your desires. Create the feelings you would have after achieving what you want. Then place yourself in that future self and look forward to what will come.

After the meditation, let go and bring yourself back to center. You can do this as often as you feel necessary, but always remember to release that energy into the Universe and allow it to come to you.

Open Your Heart

Keep your heart open and intuition high. When you live in harmony with the universe, you’ll see how things manifest into your life so naturally and perfectly. Things always come to us through the means of others so it’s important to be a caring individual. Resonate with positive energy so others will gravitate towards you and be willing to help you.

Remind yourself you deserve to live a wonderful life and expect to live as such. Keep your actions in sync with your thoughts and words. If you’re trying to start up a new business, look for opportunities to network. As your heart is open and you follow your intuition, you’ll receive ideas and ways to further your career.

During meditation the idea came to me to develop this website. Then I discovered Site Build It which made it all happen. When my mind was free of chatter I was inundated with ideas about website development and articles to write. People entered my life who were willing to help. Everything flowed so organically.

If you find yourself doubting your ability to manifest things, stop those negative thoughts from growing and taking hold. Quiet your mind and replace the negative talk with supportive speech. Remember that life is cyclical. Things come and go. We experience challenges and successes. If you’re at a low point, the high is sure to come.
