Vibration Therapy

Welcome back!
Wouldn’t it be great to get a good work out and you have to do is stand on a vibrating machine? Well, that’s what vibration therapy is.
It’s said to alleviate pain, stimulate and strengthen the body. It increases oxygen circulation to the cells which creates a more vibrant and healthy cell structure.
Machines are available for purchase and certain studios offer the therapy. The machines vary in size and types. I tried a few machines at the Rudra Yoga Center in Long Beach, CA. I was able to vary the degree of vibration strength and pulse on the machines. It felt different to say the least. Every single inch of my body was vibrating which made holding a conversation very amusing.
I sat on one particular machine that was a comfortable cushioned pad. Then I turned it on. It not only vibrated at different rates from gentle to extreme, but the entire cushion moved up and down. I was lifting off the seat into the air and smacking down against it! I’ll call that one Vibrational Spanking!
They also had electrical therapy machines which are meant to stimulate the nerves and muscles. One piece of equipment reminded me of the Frankenstein movie! The noise sounded very familiar to the machines used to create the monster. The electricity ran up and down two rods that were encased in a glass box.
Overall, I did feel rejuvenated from my day of vibration and electrical therapy. Take a look at the equipment and find out more in this video.
