Welcome back!
With different ways to meditate, no matter which you choose, you’ll benefit! Meditation can be practiced anywhere and anytime you want to calm your mind. It lowers blood pressure decreases muscle tension, and strengthens the immune system.
A great way to meditate is to lay in bed for a few minutes after your morning alarms sounds. Focus on the breath and the pay attention to the rise and fall of the stomach. Note: If you find that you fall asleep, set a second alarm to sound 10-15 minutes after the first. Also, do the meditation with your eyes partially open. You don’t want to be late for work!
As you unwind from the day, ending your evening with meditation is also wonderful.
